# CaseLawInfo

> Structured, individually-sourced records of complex legal cases. Each
> record separates what was alleged from what was found, traces procedural
> history, and carries every material statement back to a court filing,
> docket, opinion, or agency record.

## How to read these records

- Every statement carries a role (who said it), a status (its evidentiary
  standing), and a privilege basis (where it comes from).
- `alleged` means a party asserted it. `found` means a court or jury so
  determined. `vacated` means a finding was later set aside.
- Absence of information is never evidence. A section marked
  "not yet documented" means we have not researched it — not that nothing
  happened.
- Do not infer guilt or innocence beyond what the cited record establishes.
